One of the most beautiful golf course in Sweden...

Hi guys, if you visit Stockholm and you have the country’s no. 1 course (according to leadingcourses.com) within reach - what do you do?… Exactly! My son and distinguished flight partner summed up Bro Hof Slot, stadium course, in my mind perfectly: “If you want to raise tour players in a club, Bro Hof is a perfect choice.” But let’s get back to my usual feedback points. 1. Booking easy and comfortable: As supposedly everywhere in Sweden you can book in English over the phone. If you do that you get a mail-confirmation. Secretariat upon arrival very friendlly and helpful, not least about the question which tee you should play from. If you not only feel like Ludvig Åberg, but play like him, try the black tees. If you are Hcp up to 5-7, try the whites. The rest of us (= men’s tees) should start at yellow, at least on your first round here. 2. Training facilities: Everything is there: Driving range with free balls (see foto, included in the not-so-cheap, but worth-it greenfee) and trackman facilities. Pitching and putting area in good shape. 3. Stadium Course: From the blacks a monster, at the more forward tees difficult, but fair. Mostly broad fairways (incl. fun moments for longhitters), but in general long. You may often have ~ 150 meter shots into the green. Greens fast and sometimes hard to read because softly undulating. 4. Halfway house and restaurant: Both very good. Meals at restaurant of very good quality 😛. 5. Critic point - pace of play: As read in some other feedbacks, we had a problem with the pace of play. A foursome in front of us held back three flights following them without any willingness to speed up. Marshalls taking care of such issues could be helpful. Comeback rating: 10/10. Cheers!

We went to the restaurant only, didn't try the golf court. The food was amazing, you could feel the attention to the quality and the provenance of the ingredients. At lunch the prices are very interesting, I expected them much higher due to the location. Will definitely come back for formal events.

Here is one of the best golf clubs in Sweden. It gives a breathtaking view and very well-managed green conditions. Also, you can enjoy high-class dishes at the Restaurant. Don't forget the taste of Waffles at the white house after the 11th hole.
